The newest member of the AR-6 Stinger II family features the same clever design and high quality of the other Stinger variants, but is optimized to deliver a precise single shot.

This makes the AR-6 Stinger II Survival an ultra-light crossbow for hunting small game but also for target shooting.

The AR-6 Stinger II Survival is very light (around 1 kg), compact, and can be easily broken down. It is an ideal companion on extended adventures.
You don’t need to bring along any tools, because everything you need for assembly is integrated into the Survival.
Unlike the AR-6 Stinger II Tactical and Compact, the Survival is equipped with a manual safety, an absolute necessity for a hunting crossbow.

The telescoping buttstock allows you to shoot safely and comfortably, especially when using a scope (such as our 4×32 model).
The foot stirrup allows the Survival to be cocked in the same manner as a conventional crossbow, which can be especially beneficial at higher draw weights.
The supplied 55 lbs limbs are ideal for regular practice and offer enough power for small game. For serious hunting, we recommend the optional PRO limbs with a draw weight of 90 lbs.

You can use all accessories from the AR product family with the AR-6 Stinger II Survival to configure it for your exact needs.

AR-Series – Knife K2
Keep the proven & improve in detail

Our K2 knife is a consistent further development of our first knife. In addition to many improvements in details, our K2 also comes with a very significant advantage: a significantly more attractive price.

Our first knife, the K1 outdoor knife, was met with great enthusiasm and, in addition to its remarkable market success, we also received a great amount of feedback and suggestions for improvements. We have consistently incorporated and implemented these. This is why our K2 looks very similar to the K1 - the improvements are in the details.

K2 - A hunting and bushcraft knife

It was important to us to expand the main purpose of the knife - as a resilient and reliable companion in the wilderness. For bushcraft enthusiasts and anyone who wants to make a fire without a lighter, the sharp edges on the back of the blade are a significant improvement when using a fire steel. The reduced and much more comfortable chimping also helps with long carving work and is easy on the hands.
To make the K2 even more suitable for use as a hunting knife, we have shortened the blade slightly and adapted the spine geometry. Our knife is now ideal for breaking open and processing game. Thanks to the removable nylon scales, our K2 is easy to clean and therefore hygienically unbeatable.

The following criteria were important to us when selecting the steel: good edge retention, yet the ability to resharpen in the field and high corrosion resistance. We therefore opted for the Japanese steel AUS-8.

Finally, but perhaps most importantly for some: the new price

We have been building up a global network of suppliers for many years and we have very good contacts and opportunities in Taiwan in particular. Taiwan is also known for its excellent blades and has a great tradition in knife manufacturing. Thanks to our growing success, we can finally order larger quantities and all this has an impact on the price.
This means that our current offer has an excellent price-performance ratio.

AR-6 Stinger II – Limb HUNTING
All our limbs are made of fiberglass and carbon.

The AR-6 Stinger II Survival, on the other hand, is a hunting crossbow and accordingly needs sufficient power for hunting applications. This it gets from our limbs with up to 150 lbs.

A limb ≥ 90 lbs is not suitable for everyday training purposes!

Rather, it is a limb designed for specific areas, such as hunting, particularly long range, or defense.
Use only suitable and sufficiently heavy arrows with this kind of bow!

Also, please note that a limb ≥ 90 lbs will result in higher wear on the string and end caps even when used as intended.

Damage caused by dry fire, arrows that are too light or due to lack of maintenance are not covered by our warranty!

The limbs of the AR-6 Stinger II do not fit the previous versions of the AR-6 Stinger I.

Note:
The draw weight is not a sufficient indicator of the performance of the bow of a crossbow!

Many factors, such as the length of the power stroke, the efficiency of the bow, the characteristic curve of the bow, the weight of the arrow, the weight of the string, and more, affect the energy transferred to the arrow when it is shot.

AR-Series – heavy Carbon-Hunting Arrows
Heavy Hunting Arrows for the AR-6 Stinger II and I

The arrows have a high-quality aluminum nock and have a carbon/aluminum hybrid shaft, i.e. inside the carbon shaft is still an additional aluminum shaft. This elaborate construction is responsible for the excellent flight characteristics and leads to extremely robust arrows. At just over 15 grams, these arrows are significantly heavier and have a particularly high impulse when hitting the target. This impulse, in combination with the extremely sharp blade, makes these arrows very effective and suitable for hunting smaller and medium-sized game.

However, we are particularly proud of the excellent flight characteristics and precision of our hunting arrows. These arrows have been developed especially for hunting applications and pest control. In North America, where crossbow hunting is very popular, these arrows already have a remarkable track record. Note: Hunting arrows are primarily disposable products, as they usually penetrate the game body and are destroyed or severely damaged upon impact in the field. Therefore, for the same arrow weight, these arrows are approved for higher draw weights than other arrows.

Note: Never use damaged arrows in your AR-6 Stinger. Missed shots can be triggered by this. Such "dry shots" can damage the string and throwing arm.

Caution: Our hunting arrows with razor-sharp blades turn the AR-6 Stinger II bolt action crossbow into a very dangerous weapon. These arrows, equipped with hunting blades, cut through leather, skin and tissue with ease, causing heavily bleeding wounds. A single hit with such an arrow can easily cause life-threatening injuries, so special care must be taken when handling these arrows.

With this adapter you can easily disassemble and store your Survival compactly.

Attention: If you use this adapter, you have no cocking rods to cock the crossbow. You must then cock the stinger with your foot in the stirrup or pressed against your body using your hands.

AR-Series – Tuning trigger
Our tuning trigger greatly reduces the trigger weight (almost minus 50% when used in conjunction with the 90-lb PRO limbs) and helps you to consistently hit your target. Especially for sportive and recreational use the tuning trigger offers a lot of benefits. The more constant trigger weight (with the standard trigger the trigger weight goes up until the arrow is launched) and better feel makes shooting easier and for many shooters also more precise.
The standard trigger does punish trigger mistakes a lot more and it takes much less training effort to get proficient with the new tuning trigger.

AR-6 Stinger II Survival thumbscrew for limbs
This thumbscrew is needed to attach the limb to an AR-6 Stinger II Survival that has been upgraded with the AR-6 Stinger II “quick-detach limbs” upgrade-kit.

For the AR-6 Stinger II Tactical or Compact you do not need this thumbscrew, as the magazine holds the limb in place.

The survival version of our Stinger crossbow is mainly used in this country as a single-shot sports tool. In North America, however, it is becoming increasingly popular as an ultra-light hunting crossbow. With significantly longer arrows, 150 lbs, large broadheads and a scope, the small Survival is very effective.

So that you have everything you need in a survival situation, we offer our small hunting crossbow as an attractive complete set, including K2 hunting knife, scope, hunting tips and arrows.

The accompanying bag is made of high-strength nylon, has a MOLLE system and is padded and compartmentalised on the inside so that the crossbow, arrows, scope and other survival equipment can be stored and transported well protected. The bag is specially designed so that you always have your survival equipment with you - in the back of a car, in a remote cabin or on a sailing boat.
